For orders in euros or pounds sterling, placed via the Shop for delivery in Europe, delivery charges and customs duty are billed to the Customer and added to the total amount of the order inclusive of tax. For orders in US dollars, placed via the Shop for delivery in the United States, delivery charges, custom duties and applicable sales taxes are included. The prices stated on the Shop are contractually binding and correspond to the selling prices of the hat products for consumers. The prices stated under the “Hats”, “Accessories” and “Bags” headings are for information only and are not contractually binding. They are the prices charged by Maison Michel in its shop in France and may change and be modified without notice.

Maison Michel advises you that this notice may be modified at any time. Such modifications are published online and are deemed to be accepted unreservedly when you access the Site after they have been put online. We recommend that you consult this page at regular intervals.
