2. Shipping costs and delivery times
Guaranteed delivery for Christmas: order before 12/14 for international orders and before 12/18 for orders to Europe. Returns period are extended at 30 days for every order placed before December 25th.
Orders placed on our site are delivered within an estimated timeframe of 1 to 10 business days, depending on your shipping zone, following order confirmation.
For express deliveries, orders placed before noon (CET) will be delivered within 24 hours, the following day. Orders placed after noon (CET) will be delivered within 48 hours.
Maison Michel processes orders within one to two business days, and delivery occurs Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, between 9 am and 7 pm.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with an expected delivery date. Our carriers will confirm delivery details via SMS or email.
If you anticipate being unavailable on the scheduled delivery day, you can easily reschedule or change the delivery address.
Should you be unavailable when the courier arrives, you will receive a message providing options to reschedule your delivery.

PAYMENT
Maison Michel accepts credit and debit cards issued by Carte bleue, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Apple Pay and payments through PayPal.
The payment is debited when the order is shipped.
Payment is in Euros or in Pounds Sterling if you have a UK delivery address.
Transactions are secured by our partner Adyen and its payment system. All information communicated in order to process your payment is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This data is not retained on our IT systems.
RETURN
1. Terms and conditions of return
To ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible, Maison Michel invites you to comply with these terms and conditions of return :
• Items must be sent with the return form completed with the return authorization number provided by Maison Michel.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags still attached and intact, in their original packaging. When trying on your hat, please leave on the inner protection film to avoid leaving any marks that may degrade the product.
Maison Michel reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any products that do not fulfil these terms and conditions of return and to return them to the client where applicable.
2. Return procedure
Returns period are extended at 30 days for every order placed before December 25th.
To ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible, please follow the procedure below:
1. Contact the Customer Service by email: [email protected] to request a return, mentioning your order reference, and the items you wish to return.
2. Your return authorization number will be sent to you by email. Indicate this number on the return form that was enclosed with the original package shipped.
3. Place the entire products, with tags still attached and intact, in their original packaging, and enclose the completed return form.
4. a) For returns sent from Europe: we will send you a shipping label in a separate email. Please, stick the shipping label on the package and give it to the UPS pick-up point of your choice: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/
4. b) For returns sent from UK, North America, Middle East and Asia : We will send you a shipping label in a separate email. Please, stick the shipping label on the package and give it to the DHL pick-up point of your choice: https://locator.dhl.com/
4. c) For returns sent from Oceania, Africa, South-America : The return will be at your charge. You can send your package back to the following address :

5. Upon receipt of your return package, our quality department will check that the return is compliant with the criteria for acceptance. If so we will issue the refund within 3-6 days of receipt of your return package at our warehouse.
REFUND
• Refunds are proceeded in accordance with the method of payment and currency used for the purchase.
• We will proceed with a refund for the item you returned as soon as possible after we receive it. Depending on the bank, your account will be credited within 7-10 working days.
