1. Delivery areas
Maison Michel ships to the following countries:
• France (mainland)
• United Kingdom
If you do not find your country in the list it means that we do not ship to this country yet.
2. Shipping costs and delivery times
Orders placed on the site are delivered within an estimated time of 3 business days after the order confirmation. Orders are processed by Maison Michel within one to two business days and delivered the following day via TNT for mainland France and Monaco, and FedEx for the rest of Europe.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, usually before 1 pm. Delivery before 1 pm on Saturday is available in mainland France at no extra charge.
You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped and given an expected delivery date. Our carriers will confirm delivery with you by SMS or email: if you expect to be out on the day, you may re-schedule the delivery or change the delivery address. If you are out when the courier calls to your address, you will be sent a message giving you the option to re-schedule delivery.

The delivery times indicated are approximate and may vary slightly depending on your country of delivery.
Maison Michel accepts credit and debit cards issued by Carte bleue, Visa, MasterCard and American Express and payments through PayPal.
The payment is debited when the order is shipped.
Payment is in Euros or in Pounds Sterling if you have a UK delivery address.
Transactions are secured by our partner Adyen and its payment system. All information communicated in order to process your payment is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This data is not retained on our IT systems.
You have 14 business days from the date you received your order to return all or part of the products you have purchased. You have 30 business days for orders placed in December.
1. Terms and conditions of return
To ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible, Maison Michel invites you to comply with these terms and conditions of return:
• Items must be sent with the return form completed with the return authorisation number provided by Maison Michel.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags still attached and intact, in their original packaging. When trying on your hat, please leave on the inner protection film to avoid leaving any marks that may degrade the product.
Maison Michel reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any products that do not fulfil these terms and conditions of return and to return them to the client where applicable.
2. Return procedure
To ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible, please follow the procedure below:
1. Contact the Customer Service by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone by calling +33 (0)188.8.131.52.60 to request a return, mentioning your order reference, and the items you wish to return.
2. Your return authorisation number will be sent to you by email. Indicate this number on the return form that was enclosed with the original package shipped.
3. Place the entire products, with tags still attached and intact, in their original packaging, and enclose the completed return form.
4. Your return package should be sent to the following address: CLOG HARBOUR, ZAC PARIS OISE, Bat. C - Cellule 1, 60126 - Longueil-Sainte-Marie, FRANCE. You may send it via the postal service or a carrier of your choice. The return package must be shipped within 14 days from the date of authorisation of the return.
5. Upon receipt of your return package, our Quality department will check that the return is compliant with the criteria for acceptance. If so we will issue a refund of your products and initial shipping costs within 3-5 days of receipt of your return package at our warehouse.
The costs of returning the items are committed to your charge. Returns can't be accepted in store.
• Refunds are proceeded in accordance with the method of payment and currency used for the purchase.
• We will proceed with a refund for the item you returned as soon as possible after we receive it. Depending on the bank, your account will be credited within 7-10 working days.
